Yes. Drawings, submittals, corrections, and inspections, with your city, end to end. Bay Area permitting timelines vary widely by city, and we build the schedule around them from day one.
What size projects do you take on?
Our sweet spot is mid-size residential work: whole-home and kitchen/bath remodels, additions, ADUs, and ground-up single-family construction. Smaller projects may not be the right fit for our team.
We already have architect’s plans. Can you build them?
Absolutely. Send us your drawings and we’ll price them as your general contractor. If the design needs value-engineering to meet your budget, our engineering background makes that conversation productive instead of painful.
How do estimates work?
We start with a consultation and site walk, then give you a realistic budget frame before design begins. Detailed fixed-scope pricing follows once drawings are locked, so the number you sign is a number that holds.
